Interesting Article from An Unconventional Harvest

Check out this truly excellent article that I found. It's a great story, and also offers hope for a sustainable future. This is from a series of articles (which hopefully will become a book - I'll let you know if and when it comes out!) by Nathan Winters, and it is definitely worth a read (as is the rest of the series).
